Fairmont Hot Springs Resort features an outstanding 6,741 yard, 18 hole, par 72 course. Fairmont's "mile high, mile long" 5th hole is recognized throughout the state as one of the most challenging. The green is a mile high and the tee box is 649 yards away, making this par 5 the longest hole in Montana.

Anaconda Country Club ^{Distance from Fairmont Estates: 6 miles}

The Anaconda Country Club is a semi-private 9 hole course, with an Open Guest Policy, located in Opportunity, approximately 5 miles from Fairmont. The course was completed in 1908 and features large, mature cottonwoods, while mill creek meanders through the entire course. The course has a driving range, clubhouse facilities and the green fees are relatively inexpensive.

The Old Works Golf Course has been reborn on the site of Anaconda's historic century old copper smelter. The first course ever built on a Federal EPA Superfund site, Nicklaus incorporated many historic relics in his design. With its affordability, course conditioning and friendly service, Old Works is quickly building a reputation as one of the premiere, daily fee golf experiences in the Northwest region.

The course has very beautiful views of Mount Powell and surrounding mountains. Several creeks and ponds with small greens will challenge the better golfers, but open enough to be enjoyed by beginners.

Butte's Municipal course has 9 holes - large cottonwood trees and dog-legs make this a challenging outing. This course also has an additional 9 hole par 3 layout. The course is situated within the city's Stodden Park.

While a private facility, this course has a club reciprocal policy. The Butte Country club is an 18 hole course, offering a
wide variety of terrain, undulations and conditions.
